Auburn industrial project, with 1.6M square feet, is planned

No start date has been announced for the project.

Back in 2022, Industrial Realty Group paid the federal government $80 million for what was then called Pacific Point, in Auburn. It's since been dubbed the Auburn 18 Business Park. On some 129 acres, 11 old buildings offer about 1.5 million square feet. CBRE is the broker.
