Up to 280 units planned at Angle Lake Station

Long before Angle Lake Station opened, Sound Transit planned to set aside two sites for the future development of affordable housing. Construction at the north site is now underway, with 130 units coming from Mercy Housing Northwest, Runberg Architecture Group and Walsh Construction. May is the goal for opening there.

To the south of South 200th Street, more affordable housing is also planned, following a December land sale from Sound Transit.
