Continental begins leasing 167 Uptown units

Pictured late last month, the orange traffic cones have since been removed from 110 Roy.

The temporary certificate of occupancy arrived last week for the apartment project now known as 110 Roy, from Continental Properties. Feb. 15 is offered as the initial move-in date for its 167 units.
