88 Richland units trade for $20M

RICHLAND, Benton County — An apartment complex at 2433 George Washington Way in Richland recently sold for just over $19.9 million, according to Northmarq, which announced the deal.

Its Tyler Smith, Joe Kinkopf and Steve Fischer represented the seller, KEI Apartment Fund 9 LLC, which is associated with Kaz Enterprises of San Diego.
