Pre-leasing starts for Port of Everett office complex

The planned office complex at the Port of Everett will have a series of Class-A suites, ranging from 5,000 to 120,000 square feet, in three interconnected buildings.

Port of Everett and private development partner Lincoln Property Company have started pre-leasing up to 120,000 square feet of forthcoming commercial space at the port's Millwright District at Waterfront Place.
