Leasing begins for Four Amigos, with 87 affordable units in Columbia City

A formal opening ceremony is planned in the weeks ahead.

In Columbia City, Walsh Construction Co. began work in the summer of 2023 on an affordable housing project at 3818 S. Angeline St. El Centro de la Raza is now leasing those 87 units at Four Amigos – Beloved Community, which received its certificate of occupancy last month from the city.
