Goodman doubles money with $40M Tacoma-area sale

The low-rise complex has 230 units. Amenities include a children’s playground and outdoor grilling area.

The Altitude 104 apartments, at 2201 S.W. 104th St. in Pierce County, sold earlier this week just under $40 million, according to county records. The seller was GRE Eagles Landing LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the property in 2015 for $18.5 million.
