Taylor Stitch may come to Pike-Pine

SEATTLE — Since it opened a dozen-odd years ago on Capitol Hill, the Excelsior apartment building has seen retail tenants come and go. Appropriate to the Pike-Pine corridor, they've skewed toward the trendy. Names there include Rapha, Warby Parker and Marine Layer.

And a preliminary new tenant improvement plan for Taylor Stitch, at 315 E. Pine St., comfortably fits into that fashionable milieu.
