The ask is $3M for only 7 Eastlake units … but did we mention the view?

Lakehouse lies at the neck between Lake Union and Portage Bay. Tenants, or a new owner, could commute by boat.

The $3 million asking price seem like a lot for a humble Eastlake apartment listing that popped up last month. The century-old building has all of seven apartments, priced at $428,571 per unit. And the address is a little hard to map: 3314 Fuhrman Ave. E., where's that?
