With light rail possibly on track, Wilburton upzone keeps chugging along

Looking southeast, Wilburton Station is just past the bend in the light-rail tracks, north of Eighth.

Some 300 acres will be affected by what the city of Bellevue calls its Wilburton Vision Implementation. That process has been underway for well over a half dozen years, prompted in part by the anticipated light-rail connection to Seattle. (Sound Transit now estimates that might happen next winter.)
