Berkadia finds buyer for empty new apartments near Yesler Terrace

Sound is now Sweetgrass Flats. The building hasn’t yet sold. Its new name will eventually adorn the facade.

Previously known as Sound, at 157 12th Ave. near Yesler Terrace, that 92-unit apartment project was being offered for sale well before it opened.
