176 Bellevue units could start early next year

In Old Bellevue, the North of Main apartment project now goes by 21 103rd Ave. N.E., following an assemblage of parcels long owned by the Vander Hoek family. They're now home to various small businesses including Glassybaby, Jarbo, La Ree Boutique, Matcha Magic and Araya's Place Vegan Thai — most of which face Main Street. As the DJC first reported, the plan emerged almost three years back.
