Restaurateur buys Eastlake locations

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The Serafina and Cicchetti restaurant buildings, at 2045 Eastlake Ave. E., sold this week for a bit over $2.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Seradiavalos LLC, which acquired the property in 2003 for $1.2 million.
