Monroe property trades for over $33M

By JOURNAL STAFF

MONROE — A retail and commercial property at and around 14711 Fryelands Blvd S.E. sold last week for about $33.5 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The sellers were Redmond 8660 LLC and a partner, which acquired the property in 2022 for $45 million. Both parties are associated with local investor and auto dealer Al Monjazeb.
