Residence Inn has TCO at Northgate Station

The project took about 22 months to complete. Landscaping work was being done yesterday.

With no fanfare or announcement, the first new hotel has opened at Northgate Station. Graham Construction began work at 10600 First Ave. N.E. in the late spring of 2023. And, earlier this month, the city issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for the six-story, 167-room project.
