Lynnwood motel trades at discount

LYNNWOOD — An Embassy Suites by Hilton, at 20610 44th Ave. W., sold earlier this month for $18 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was 44th Avenue Hotel Fee LLC, associated with AWH Partners of New York, which acquired the property in 2018 for about $37.3 million. On its website, not yet updated, AWH says that related entity Spire Hospitality is the owner and manager. That management agreement ended concurrently with recent sale.
