Who remembers dining at Sushi Maru? The little restaurant in downtown Bellevue, at 205 105th Ave. N.E., closed many years ago. The small corner site, at Northeast Second Street, was once owned by Bosa Development. Its 21-story condo plan didn't advance, and Bosa sold to local investors in 2021.
