Flying Squirrel buys its nest in Everett

By JOURNAL STAFF

EVERETT — The Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park, at 1325 S.E. Everett Mall Way , sold last week for $7 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was AF Everett LLC, associated with California investors Alamo Group and Forbix Capital, which acquired the property in 2021 for about $5.8 million.

The buyer was Shock Art Labs LLC, which is associated with Idaho-based Flying Squirrel. Public records indicate a loan from KeyBank.
