Another bar in Uptown?

SEATTLE — The 51-unit Verra, at 215 Queen Anne Ave. N., opened its doors to renters early last year. The six-story project from MRN Homes also has about 927 square feet of commercial space. That's represented by Gibraltar's Laura Miller and Sam Benton, and it seems to have attracted a prospective tenant.

Plans came last week from Majnoon Cocktail Bar, apparently a new venture, with no architect currently attached. No kitchen is planned.
