SEATAC — A possible future hotel development site at 19340 28th Ave. S. sold last week for $2.7 million, according to King County records.
The seller was BHGAH 28th STA LLC, which is associated with national firm BHG Hotels. BHG acquired the parking lot and associated Comfort Inn & Suites in 2016 for $12.8 million. It later sold that hotel, but kept the parking lot, which sold last week. For that, a 118-room hotel plan did previously emerge — but never gained its permits.
