Tacoma retail trades for $37M

TACOMA — The Westgate North shopping center at 2601 N. Pearl St. sold last week for $37 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was WC Properties (Edens) LLC, which acquired the property in 2022 for just over $38 million.
