Queen Anne Manor trades for over $17M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The Queen Anne Manor nursing home, at 100 Crockett St., sold this week for $17.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was CSH Queen Anne LLC, which acquired the property in 2016 for about $36 million. CSH is Capitol Seniors Housing of Washington, D.C.
