SEATTLE — An apartment building at 2251 N.E. Blakeley St. sold last week for a bit over $3.8 million, according to King County records. The seller was Trailwood Apartments LLC, associated with Trinity Partnership, which acquired the property in 1998 for about $1 million.
The buyer was UW Trailwood LLC, which is associated with Tacoma investors. Public records indicate a loan from JPMorgan Chase.
