Sage adds another 58 units to Markwood in Skagit County

The apartments are a little west of Exit 229 from I-5.

Sage Homes began building the Markwood apartments in Burlington back in 2022; those west 156 units were completed in phases last year at 623 W. Stevens Road in Burlington, just west of Interstate 5 in Skagit County.
