Legacy Partners claims nearly final plan for 178 Fremont units

New construction would wrap around the north Shannon & Wilson Building.

A Fremont apartment proposal first emerged in late 2021, as the DJC reported, that would entail the preservation of a small landmarked office building. Working with Pollard Entities, Ankrom Moisan Architects designed the main project at 3670 Woodland Park Ave. N. Compass Construction is attached to build that new south structure, with plans now quite detailed. That's to have eight stories and 175 units, plus three separate townhouses.
