Under new management, Bay Vista seeks tenants

The north tower is variously listed at 22 and 24 stories. Offices fill the podium.

As the DJC reported last fall, the office portion of Belltown's Bay Vista tower — not the individually owned condos above! — was then surrendered to the lender, Värde Partners. The offices are in the five-story podium of the tower at 2815 Second Ave. , at Clay Street. They offer about 110,000 square feet, plus the ground-floor retail.
