Colliers representing Selig office portfolio

SEATTLE — A portfolio of Belltown and Lower Queen Anne office buildings, once owned by Martin Selig Real Estate, is now in the hands of a receiver. Seven buildings have about 1.1 million square feet. Kidder Mathews announced earlier this week that it was the new property manager.

Now Colliers has announced that it's brokering the space. Its team is lead by Geoff Pendergast, Rick Hart and Joe Conner in the Seattle office, working with Sean Fulp and Mark Schuessler out of state.
