Costco drops $35M on yard space

SUMNER — A small distribution center at 3407-3513 142nd Ave. E. sold last week for just under $34.9 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was CenterPoint Properties Trust, which acquired the property in 2013 for nearly $6.2 million.
