$35M sale for old brewery building

SEATTLE — A major storage component of Rainier Commons, at 3250 Airport Way S., sold last week for $35 million, according to King County records.

Rainier Commons is part of the Old Rainier Brewery complex, jammed between the freeway and Airport Way in SoDo, which has many parts and pieces, old and new, in a condominium arrangement.
