Site sold for new Beacon Hill park

SEATTLE — A failed full-block former development site, at 2123 18th Ave. S. on Beacon Hill, sold last week for a bit over $5.4 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was the city of Seattle, which is planning a new park there.
