Former warehouse sells for over $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The RDA Building, at 800 Maynard Ave. S. , sold last week for not quite $8.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Fu Quan LLC, a family group that acquired the property under a different name in 1997 for $2.8 million.
