337 Issaquah units trade for over $135M

The garden apartments were developed in the early 2000s.

The Timbers at Issaquah Ridge, at 23425 S.E. Black Nugget Road in Issaquah, sold this week for $135.5 million, according to King County records. The seller, via an LLC, was Simpson Housing of Denver, which acquired the land in 2000-2001 for about $22.6 million, then developed the low-rise garden apartments in two phases over the next few years.
