Bode begins leasing 71 Lake City units

A bus stop, McDonald’s and Taco Bell are close by.

Workforce housing specialist Bode began work in 2021 on what's now dubbed Bode @ Lake City, at 14337 32nd Ave. N.E. Bode collaborated with Petra Construction and Rutledge Maul Architects on the six-story, 71-unit project, which received its temporary certificate of occupancy from the city last week. Planning began not long after the land sale, back in 2015.
