Capitol Hill corner sells for $3M

SEATTLE — A small restaurant building at 422 E. Pine St. sold last week for $3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Hillclimb LLC, which acquired the property in 2022 for $2.3 million. That LLC was associated with the Mezcaleria Oaxaca family of restaurants, which had previously been leasing the buildings. Three related restaurants closed there last year.

The buyer was Pine Summit LLC, which is associated with Pike Street Hospitality Group, which runs Agua Verde Cafe and other eateries. Public records indicate a loan from KeyBank.
