30 Loyal Heights units could be yours to build

A buyer would still have to obtain demolition and construction permits.

On the north end of Ballard, Loyal Heights to locals, a five-story, 30-unit apartment project went on the market this week. The master use permit for the midblock project at 6743 15th Ave. N.W. was issued in 2022, renewed last year and expires in 2028. So it's a shovel-ready offering from Tyler Li and Lin Shen at Sea to Sky Realty, with an asking price of $1.2 million.
