Renton office sells for over $12M

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — A bank and office building at 201 Wells Ave. S. sold last week for almost $12.7 million, according to King County records. The seller was First Financial Northwest Bank, which acquired the site before construction via some kind of land swap.

The buyer was Global Federal Credit Union.
