LCW strip mall trades at loss

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A line-retail building at 8014 Lake City Way N.E. sold this week for about $3.3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Niu Enterprises LLC, which acquired the property in 2012 for over $5.6 million.

The buyer was CL Village at Maple Leaf WA LLC, which is associated with Curbline Properties of Ohio.
