One more property sale can be expected in coming months near 425 N. 85th St. in Greenwood. That's where Ryan Cos. owns over half its intended site for a new apartment building. Designed by Carrier Johnson + Culture, that 224-unit midrise proposal received its master use permit from the city last week.
