Everett industrial sells for over $8M

EVERETT — A fairly new industrial building at 815 Sievers-Duecy Blvd. sold last week for almost $8.3 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Underwood Gartland 64 LLC, which acquired the land in 2020 for $1.3 million, then developed it.
