Tacoma gym trades for over $9M

TACOMA — A 24 Hour Fitness-leased building, at 111 S. 38th St., sold last week for a little over $9.5 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was T24 LLC, which acquired the property in 2007 for $13.5 million.
