Bridge and Sierra are underway on big Tacoma industrial project

When completed, Bridge Point Tacoma 2MM will total nearly 2.5 million square feet.

Bridge Industrial didn't formally announce the onset of construction on its four-building Bridge Point Tacoma 2MM industrial project, which is now rising south of downtown Tacoma. Lenders announced some of the over $400 million in financing about a year ago, with Sierra then attached as the builder.
