This view looks west down 276th, which leads to the Costco and Fred Meyer, south of Highway 18.

Eagle Creek Land & Development is still listed as the builder for the long-gestating Covington Commons project, at 16901 S.E. 276th St. in the south end of King County. That's now a bare 8-acre site near the intersection of Highway 18 and Highway 516, close to the Costco.
