83 units planned near Shorline station

SHORELINE — With light rail now serving the Shoreline North/185th Station, there are more land offerings in that area. Still, compared to the Shoreline South/148th Station area, not so many apartment developers have closed deals up there.

However, an 83-unit plan emerged last week at 18344 Second Ave. N.E. It includes 52 parking stalls. That's on the west side of the freeway, but still a short walk east to the station.
