Lynnwood building trades for $11M

By JOURNAL STAFF

LYNNWOOD — A nonprofit hub at 5026 196th St. S.W. sold last week for $11 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was the nonprofit Senior Services of Snohomish County, which acquired the property in 2017 for $5.8 million. It had since 1962 been home to Wight's Nursery, which closed its doors before that prior sale.
