Self-storage eyed for Aurora Ave. N.

SHORELINE — The city of Shoreline has, in recent years, discouraged new self-storage buildings along part of Aurora Avenue North. Thus, new apartment buildings have risen along that favored stretch near City Hall and Carter Subaru.

Farther north, self-storage is still a go. Thus a new plan filed in February for a multistory building at 19540 Aurora Ave. N., its size and height not yet specified. SAB Architecture filed the plan on behalf of Ephata Investments LLC. It's still in early review with the city.
