Compass to build 231 Woodinville units at Woodin Creek Village

Weidner Apartment Homes has, over the past dozen years, developed about 1,000 apartments at its Woodin Creek Village. That mixed-use downtown Woodinville endeavor has been phased, using a few different architects, and it'll likely conclude with the north Phase VI. That's to replace an old three-building business park at 17311 135th Ave. N.E.
