The squat 1960s-era 410 W. Harrison St. building isn't much to look at. Alexandria Real Estate bought it 21 years ago, and has since developed several large, glamorous life-science projects in our city. Seattle is one of its seven major market clusters, and it now lists 3.4 million square feet in three “Mega Campus” nodes: South Lake Union, Eastlake/Fred Hutch Cancer Center and Bothell.
