Pagliacci claims Kirkland corner

KIRKLAND — A Pagliacci Pizza-leased corner building, at 13005 N.E. 70th Place, recently sold for $2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Bridle Trails Apartments LLC, associated with Mill Creek Residential, which acquired the small corner parcel as part of a larger $24 million land sale last year. That was for the former TechCity Bowl property, where the 368-unit Modera Bridle Trails is now under construction.
