FEDERAL WAY — An overgrown and long-vacant corner at 955 S. 356th St. appears bound for sale and redevelopment.

The 2.6 acres have been owned for decades by a local family. Jerome O'Leary of Kidder Mathews and Joseph Romero at Service First appear to be the brokers, per Google Street View.
