JLL leasing industrial building at Paine Field

Pictured six months ago, Supersonic took only a year to build.

Scannell Properties of Indiana has announced the April opening of its Supersonic Industrial Center, near Paine Field in Everett. Sierra Construction is done with the speculative building at 2200 100th St. S.W. Ware Malcomb was the architect, and JLL's Brent Jackson, Gabriel Smith and McKenna Hartman are brokering the space.
